Bad habit
So, I am an emotional eater. Whenever I’m feeling down I eat. It’s not that I’m hungry and it’s not that the food is really good, it’s just I need something to distract me from my feelings. And I realize it while I do it. I think “I am eating this because I am depressed”, but I just try to ignore those thoughts and just keep eating. :(
